Caroline grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee, and graduated from The University of the South, Sewanee, in 2009 with a B.A. in Political Science. While at Sewanee, Caroline was a member of the Order of Gownsmen Honor Society and spent a semester abroad through Sewanee’s European Studies Program. She was also active in the Big People for Little People program and continues to volunteer with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee and the Empty Stocking Fund in Knoxville.
Caroline is a licensed attorney and earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2012. While in law school, she served as a student attorney in the College’s Wills and Estates Clinic, assisting low-income clients with estate-planning needs.
Caroline and her husband, Lee, live in East Nashville with their son, Lewis, and their dog, Mark.
