Chase Ingle

Chase Ingle brings experience in Tennessee government and legislative affairs to McMahan Winstead & Richardson. A native of Sevier County, Tennessee, Chase began his career at the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission, where he served as Director of External Affairs. In that role, he represented the Commission before legislative committees, provided testimony on agency matters, and served as the Commission’s spokesperson for press inquiries. His work also included advancing legislative changes to support the agency’s operations and development.

Chase later served as Senior Legislative Advisor to Tennessee House Majority Leader William Lamberth, advising members of the House Republican majority on legislative matters and serving as a liaison between the House and Senate Republican caucuses. He worked with the House Finance team on the annual state budget and contributed to significant legislative initiatives, including the Transportation Modernization Act, the ELVIS Act, franchise and excise tax changes in 2024, and Education Freedom Scholarships. His experience across state government and the legislative process gives him a strong understanding of the relationships and policy considerations that shape legislation in Tennessee.

A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Chase earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and cheering on the Vols.
